Connect with our Volunteers

EOLCOR has a state-wide network of trained volunteers who can provide expert guidance and support. Our volunteers can:

  • Answer your questions in person or by phone and provide detailed information on end-of-life choices.

  • Give suggestions for conversations with your medical team.

  • Provide information to your health care providers on end-of-life choices.

  • Be with you if you choose to take life-ending medication.
